April L. Sweeting, 52, of Oswego, passed away on July 14, 2025, with her loving fiance Kevin by her side.

She was born in Oswego to Judy (Budd) Waller and the late Ronald Sweeting Sr.

She was a graduate of Oswego High School in 1991.

April was a kind and caring person who always tried to make everyones lives better. She loved to travel and shop with her fiance Kevin. April also loved music, especially Coldplay.

April is survived by her fiancé Kevin Schlaffer, mother Judy (Randy) Waller, many cousins, friends, aunts, uncles, and a very special great nephew Grayson Woods.

In addition to her father, April was preceded in death by her grandparents Tom and Dorothy Budd.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday July 21, 2025, from 1-3 pm with a service to follow at Nelson Funeral Home.
