John S. Cipriano, 59, of Oswego, passed away on May 27, 2026.

Born in Mexico, NY, he was the son of the late Theodore and Madeline (Shortt) Cipriano.

John was a huge Cowboys fan and a football fanatic.  He was talented at building things and especially enjoyed working on model cars.  He loved his home, his family, and watching CSI and Law & Order.  Above all things, he adored his grandchildren.

John is survived by his loving daughter, Chevonne Williams, grandchildren Nevé Banack, Austin Banack (Jennifer Ciarla), Juleesia Banack, Shala Williams Jr., Unique Williams, Daeveon Williams, Myasia Williams, and Oshea Jones, and great-grandchild Zarah Banack.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, June 1, 2026, from 2-4 pm at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany Street.
