Karen C. Pennell, 54, of Oswego, passed away on November 6, 2024.

Born in Hillsboro, OH, she was the daughter of Chester and Cathy (Whistler) Rowe.

Karen was a loving homemaker and an avid reader. She especially enjoyed true crime, documentaries, and horror books.

Karen is survived by her children, Kristina Calderwood and Tim Calderwood, and two grandchildren, Kendra Bittner and Phoebe Greenleaf.

In following Karen's wishes, there will be no services.  Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
