Mary Ann Wise, 70, of Oswego, died on February 5, 2026.

Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Wheeler) Burke.

She worked as an LPN for St. Luke's Health Services and also in Home Health Care for Dignity Plus.

She loved animals, especially her dogs, cats, and fish. She enjoyed trips to the Casino, traveling, music, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughter, Hayley Burke, a son Tyler Burke, her siblings, Patrick Burke and Elaine Murray, two grandchildren, Tucker Smith and Calum Burke, and a niece.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Rev. Michael Burke, and her dog, Todd.

Calling hours will be held from noon to 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, February 17th, with a service to follow at the Nelson Funeral Home.
