Richard A. Winn Jr., 61, of Oswego, passed away on January 31, 2026.

Born in Oneida, NY, he was the son of the late Richard and Marylou (Van Lander) Winn Sr.

Richard enjoyed spending his free time volunteering at the Salvation Army, fishing, and watching the Buffalo Bills.

He is survived by his daughter, Rose Winn of Syracuse, sons Richard Winn III and Christopher Winn, both of Oswego, and stepson Joshua Brown.

There will be no services at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
