Sandra J. Webb, 85, of Oswego, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026.

Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late George A. and M. Beatrice (Zogg) Stirner. She was predeceased by her first husband, Phillip Earl Smith, and her second husband, Richard James Webb.

Known for her patience and steady care navigating her daily routes, she retired from Liverpool Central School District driving children to and from school. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished her family above all else.

She was an avid photographer, and she also had a lifelong passion for Arabian horses. She spent many years successfully showing her beautiful and spirited horses, a pastime that brought her great joy and many treasured memories.

Sandra is survived by her loving daughters, Deborah (David) Schneider and children  Johnathan, Susan, Joseph, and Jason; Kimberley (Bruce) Van Auken and children Jeremiah and Jessica; and her siblings, George (Kathy) Stirner, Marsha (Jim) Wattnem, along with 8 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces, and a nephew.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany Street, Oswego.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Pine Plains Cemetery, 8686 Henry Clay Boulevard, Clay, NY 13041.
