Tammy J. Jorgensen, 56, of Oswego passed away on November 10, 2023, with her loving husband by her side.

Born in Carthage New York, she was the daughter of Frank and Arlene (Carey) Bergman.

Tammy worked as a secretary for the Oswego County Treasurer's Office.

A gifted vocalist, one of her life's passions was music. She met her husband, the love of her life while competing in, and winning, a local event and singing competition. She enjoyed traveling to perform and singing with her band, Halfway to Nowhere. Tammy was an excellent cook and enjoyed traveling the world, especially throughout Europe with her loving husband. She was a caring, kind, and loving person.  Everyone who met her was touched by her kindness.

Tammy is survived by her adoring husband Ole Jorgensen.

Per Tammy's wishes, there will be no services.  A private memorial service to celebrate Tammy's life will be held at Nelson Funeral Home in the spring.  Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
