Thomas Neylan, 77, of Oswego, passed on January 1, 2021.

Born in Binghamton, he was the son of the late Thomas Sr. and Kathryn (Russell) Neylan.

Thomas was an aircraft technician for the United States Air Force for 30 years.  He retired in 1994.

Thomas is survived by one sister Judy Szymczyk.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Suzanne Neylan Edgewater.

Services are private. Arrangements are in the care of Nelson Funeral Home.
